Based on a program’s vision and the group’s needs, I bring different experts and specialists together. As examples of past programs, my team:

• Supported a year-long transformation initiative at a national government agency to instill an internal discipline of innovation across all program directors and managers backed by a continuous organization-wide assessment.

• Developed and led an integrated effort to foster an organizational culture of innovation for a global manufacturer, including custom learning journeys, team coaching, and an employee communication campaign.

• Designed and delivered a multi-year series of online courses about innovation fundamentals for international employees enrolled in a corporate university.
